I’m writing to remind everyone that next Thursday, May 24, our Credit Union is celebrating its 55th Annual Meeting at the Hall of the Americas of the OAS, located at the corners of 17th and Constitution NW.
The meeting will be called to order at 12 noon. The various committees, the Board and the
CEO will then provide their reports and speeches about the year that comes to a close, and they will tell us all about what’s coming for the next 12 months. They will also announce the results of the volunteer elections for the Board of Directors and Credit Committee.
For those members not in DC, you can follow the Annual Meeting online live through the OAS’s live streaming service. I will provide the access link before the meeting starts on our Facebook and Twitter pages.
As usual, there will be a raffle of prizes among those present, and they will announce the winners of the cash prizes among the members who voted in the elections.
Keep in mind that OAS FCU will be closed that day because the staff will be at the Hall of the Americas making sure the meeting proceeds according to plan.
